「Lost our reservation. Was confused how we booked it. We had to locate bank statement to confirm it was paid. They were not cheating us.. rather they were just confused and blamed the third party website.」

「Rooms are not clean, dirty toilets, old and unmaintained building, roads are not paved, beach front dirty and not maintained, only 1 staff is attending. Thats why i did not stay in the place during my stay in Camiguin. I booked another hotel where i stayed. 」

「We chose this resort because the tripadvisor had good reviews but I don't know the reason well. The location is good but the room facsilities are not well maintained. The room was very small and hard to open the suitcase inside. The shower was not working well. The wifi was mostly not working during whole stay. It took more than 20 minutes to serve the breakfast after ordering. In total it's not bad but not worth for the room rate.」

「I loved this property so much. They staff was so professional and friendly. The property was gorgeous and in a great location. The food was so so good too. surprisingly good because everything is made in house. It tasted like they brought in a top tier chef just for this little resort. My girlfriend and I kept on getting room service because we enjoyed everything we ate so much. We stayed in the Lava room, and when we come back to Camiguin, we want to try one of the different rooms at this...
