「The staff was extremely friendly.」

「Unfortunately, the room was not very clean, and there were a lot of bugs throughout the room. Ants were especially noticeable, so if you are allergic to ants or are very sensitive to insects, I would not recommend staying here. The cleanliness of the room definitely needs improvement, and the bug issue made the stay uncomfortable. That said, the staff was very nice and helpful. We got locked out of our room during our stay, and they were quick to help us get the issue resolved.」

「Dirty, elevator not working properly, staff & security acting like owner of the Hotel, location lots hooker and addicts, rooms needs major renovations and needs sanitation too lots cockroaches」
