the room was nice, housekeeping was very friendly and accommodating. the hotel staff was very friendly and very professional. only 1 restaurant, prices were quite steep. some of the menu items were for one person and some could feed 2-3 persons but the menu did not give you that information so we found ourselves surprised by the portions a few times. the resort itself had sections that were in disarray and the biggest pool was dirty and not in use. i do understand that they have had multiple typhoons and an earthquake recently so we just stuck to the areas that had been cleaned up.

The personnel were great!! Friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the swim up bar never opened because of the slow season and so few guest. And our floor seemed dusty when we arrived, we asked house keeping to clean it and it was fine after that. The resort was very beautiful and quiet. A great place to recharge your batteries!

Its a great place to stay. My third time there. This time I opted for room on the water. Beautiful view. It would be nice to see an updated Gym and pool table. Breakfast buffet was good, but not as good as the first time. Dinner Restaurant is Great. I'd stay again.

A property with potential

Our stay didn’t start well. We tried to contact the resort to say we would be checking in late, but no one answered at the number listed on Hotels.com. A Filipino friend was able to contact them through Facebook messenger. We learned they had no record of our reservation. I used the chat feature on Hotels.com app to find out what we should do. They were also unable to contact the property. I then spoke to the reservation support person who gave us some options. One was to pay the price of the reservation and they would book another place. I didn’t like this option because we couldn’t check the possible places because I only had my phone and I was busy chatting with the online support. We decided to go to the resort and see what we could work out. We were able to get the room we had booked at the price we wanted. The resort is understaffed, but the staff they do have is friendly and helpful. The place looks like it is still trying to recover from a major typhoon from a few years ago. Our first room was deluxe garden view. There were a few problems: no towels, tv remote didn’t work, the bathtub wouldn’t hold water because of a bad stopper, the bulb on the veranda was burnt out. We called the front desk and things were fixed quickly. The next day we moved to an ocean view room. It was much nicer and it turned out to be a free upgrade. The infinity pool is very nice. This could be a very good resort if the company has the resources to get everything fixed.

Due to the earthquake and two typhoons, as Canadians we requested to change our dates and the Resort would do nothjng to help. We didnt want our money back, we just wanted to change dates. They said no. Then they said ask hotels.com. hotels.com said it was up to the resort which would not do it. Air Canada refunded us and Cebu Pacific Air gave us a credit. We even had friends living in Cebu try to speak to the resort to No avail. In the end they allowed my friend to go to the resort for 2 of the 7 days we booked. We will not engage with this resort again.

to expansive for what it is

hotel is to far and no taxis wanted to come the food at the restaurant was to expensive nothing less then 400 peso for food you can get for 200 peso out side and you could not bring any food from outside other wise why will charge you big construction on all sides of the hotel on the hotels.com it says $2000 peso per booking but when i checked in they took $2000 peso per night so had to give $6000 peso lucky was not staying for a week when i asked them about they said new policy

Bunch of liars!

No hot water in their so called Spa villa and electricity shortcuts. Very loud and old AC. Bad food in the restaurant. Housekeeping came at 6pm. Hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Big construction around the hotel. Hotel manager was very apologizing and admitted their mistake in putting us in a villa that was not supposed to be rented. We've agreed on a partial refund that never got approved after we've checked out. Hotels.com were no help in solving this issue!

We chose family suite, the couch soo dirty, there' a terrace but wont provide tables and chairs if u want room service..i've stayed here before no improvement sa room, locks and the breakfast food, what happened, no longer buffet?!!..ok lang ala carte but longganisa of jollibbee is much yummier than what they served...never ever will i come.back to that resort!!!

The property needs better customer service. I booked for my daughter who is currently on her summer vacation. She was with her cousins, so we booked additional rooms because the resort refused them to walk around or even check out the place. Even if they walk to the side of the swimming pool, someone will follow them and bring a piece of paper to try to collect payments. The resort collected other fees upon checkout, saying it was for an upgrade. Please stay away from this resort. They're ripped off. The resort itself is terrible—tiny swimming pool and bugs all over.

Pools felt unclean, the room felt like it hadn't been cleaned and in the sink in the bathroom there was rust. Bedsheets smelled old. Overall it felt like this place might have been good 15 years ago but they havent maintained it. Restaurant were really expensive for what you get and the food was quite dry. Apprently you have to ask them to clean the room as well each day... What was supposed to be a 3 night stay turned into a 2 night stay. This place is not worth the price, maybe if it cost around 20 eur/night but not 100 eur/night for sure.

The staff are amazing, very welcoming and attentive. the food was great the drinks were great the pool was clean. the room was less than three star, the hot water was brown. bugs everywhere I have bites on my ankles. 2 prong plugs had to go to store for adapter for the laptops. last morning there was no hot water. Pool was good but I thought there was a pool bar. this is not being used. I thought they advertised spa but this is no longer there.
