「The Baker Hotel was very clean and the staff were all communicative and helpful. We mostly just needed a quick overnight stay on our way to Banff from Montana. This was the perfect midpoint. Highly recommend.」

「Urine stained and soaked bathrooms, hair in sink, mold in pool and showers, room wreaked of smoke, unclean bedsheets. Unhelpful staff, night attendant asked “what do you want me to do? Go buy towels” after we refused the ones he tried to hand us from the dirty laundry cart when we didn’t even get fresh towels in the room to begin with. Better Business Bureau would have a field day in this place.」
