We stayed two nights while visiting Great Basin National Park. Hotel is older, clean, quiet, staff are nice and great location for the park. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would use hotel in the future.
Well-lit, safe. Room had all we needed; bring your own hair dryer if you need one. Everyone was very kind. Food in the restaurant was good, prices were great.
Property seems older but we enjoyed our stay. Super close to the national park made this really convenient. Not a lot of restaurants in the area, the hotel had a diner attached which had decent food. All staff was really friendly. I was hesitant to book based on other reviews, but we enjoyed our stay and would stay again if visiting the Great Basin National park

The staff was attentive and kind. We need it was not 4 o 5 star because we have stayed there many times before. But met our needs out in remote area of Nevada and made our r reunion here so nice. Cafe breakfast reasonable and great price. Good taste. Staying another nights gut now due to inoperable car.
The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice. And we enjoyed having the cafe right there. And the location was beautiful.

For lodging in the middle of nowhere this place met all of my expectations. Clean, comfy beds/rooms. Restaurant, convenience store, casino all on site. Check in/check out was easy. Note there are not TVs in the room.
The cabins look like something out of the 50's but the interiors are updated, clean, and cozy. Rooms have microwave and fridge but otherwise without amenities. No TV. Friendly service. Good food in the restaurant.

Nice place to stay for visiting the national park. It is kind of in the middle of nowhere, but has a convenient store and restaurant close by, so good for a night stay. Property is old and you can see some cracking on the walls and some furnitures are delicate, but in general not expecting too much considering it’s location.
Nice place to stay if you’re happening through, or lodging for a visit to Great Basin NP. The rooms was adequate and property has the basics in terms of food/services. Wi-Fi is almost non-existent.
Room was clean. Table had two chairs. Nice towels. Friendly staff. No hair dryer, no Kleenex, no drinking glasses, only one wash cloth. Fixtures and furniture are old.

Okay...friendly staff but out dated and not a full casino...
This is the closest hotel to Great Basin N.P. The staff is friendly, be advised, there is no TV in any of the rooms.

We slept well and that’s what we needed before our hike up Wheeler early the next morning. Staff was great. Our dinner at the restaurant was great. The property is run down and needs some work. But, it served our purpose so we can’t complain much.
good motel to be close to great basin national park. no TV in room, bar and casino area are smokey. restaurants was decent. room had a microwave and fridge. fairly quiet area.

Bare-bones but Comfortable; Great staff, Good Food
Choose it because of it's access to Great Basin Nation Park. Room was small and bare bones, but comfortable enough; however no TV in room. Staff was friendly and the food was really quite good.

The Border Inn is on the Nevada-Utah border, with the casino (about 20 gaming machines) and restaurant in Nevada, gas station and rooms in Utah. It’s miles from anywhere; the only town nearby is Baker, Nevada, which has a population of a few hundred. The main nearby attraction is Great Basin NP.
The staff was friendly, but the rooms very basic. WIFI is sporadic. There are no TVs in the rooms. They provide what food and drinks they can, considering the isolated location. I have no specific complaints, but don’t expect a modern motel room.
