「The villa and views are gorgeous. This is basically three large bedrooms with a sitting area. The outdoor kitchen didn't have plates or silverware so you couldn't really make food to eat there. The pool was perfect and we enjoyed the restaurants and cafe nearby. There are a lot of dogs on the property. At least 5 big ones and a few small dogs too. We liked them but sometimes it was overwhelming. Also the sink water was sometimes brown. The hosts were quick to respond and very organized.」

「We had a wonderful 4 night stay here. We were escaping a bad rental experience in a neighboring city, and the modernity, comfortable beds, and cleanliness of this place were a welcome change. The kitchen is small but cozy and workable. Caretaker David was wonderful and highly responsive before checkin, at our arrival, and daily with his check-ins on WhatsApp. We greatly appreciated his service and availability. The unit is just off Salida a Celeya and 2 blocks from CityMarket and La Comer. But...

「Our first time in Ajijic and we couldn't have chosen a better place for our stay. We had a wonderful time staying at Alex's inviting casita; it's comfortable and well-maintained. Alex was helpful starting from our initial contact. The location within Ajijic works out very well in that it's in a quieter part of town yet close to the Malecon and easily walkable to anywhere else. The gated neighborhood is a big plus. The grounds are a beautiful, a literal botanical garden professionally maintained...
