No segundo dia não houve serviço nenhum. No dia seguinte , a mesma coisa até à tarde quando reclamei na recepção . Então fizeram o serviço no final do dia . Fiquei surpresa com isso ."

"The front desk is usually staffed with English speaking workers. They were very helpful as my Portuguese is limited. Housekeeping staff visited daily to clean bathroom and make sure the rest of the room was tidy. The breakfast which had bakery items, scrambled eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, sandwich items, coffee, juice, and yogurt was excellent. The lobby also had coke, beer, sandwiches, some frozen food items and chips. The hotel is in walking distance to Subway, a gelato store, a nice pizza restaurant as well as small shops for paper supplies, a nice bakery, and fresh fruit grocery. It is also within walking distance to Praco do Japao. Overall, Hotel Smart Moov is indeed a smart choice😊"

"Nice hotel in a nice, safe location but there are several things that were not as expected, some of which they can try to improve upon. This was based on our 11 day stay. •There is traffic noise if your room faces the street, but there is little or no noise from the corridor or the other rooms. •We were on the fourth floor. One Wednesday morning around 7:15, all the down-going elevators reaching our floor were full. As result my wife, who could not use the stairs, was unable to go down to the ground floor to say goodbye to departing relatives. She waited over 15 minutes without success. •The room could use stronger lighting for reading. •The couch had several large stains, it needs to be dry cleaned or reupholstered. •The paint of the walls could use touch ups. •The breakfast option is only for a buffet breakfast. The hotel should offer breakfast a la carte for people like us that generally have a light breakfast. •The operation of the TV and the various channels is complicated. There should had been instructions in the room. There was a sign in the table to use a QR code to get information about the TV, but when checked it did not contain information regarding how to operate it. We had hotel personnel come twice to our room to help us with the TV, and we got different instructions. •For the five first days our room did not have Kleenex, when I found out that other rooms had it the reception desk provided a box. We had a cold, we needed them. No room for more comments"

"GOOD POINTS: 1) This may be the cleanest hostel I have ever stayed at. Every day the staff does a fantastic job cleaning the common areas and the floors in each room. 2) The location is great. 3) The building is new. 4) showers have actually hot water. 5) group dinner every Monday is nice. 6) some bedrooms have USB A sockets directly built into the wall. BAD POINTS: 1) Rooms have no heating for winter. Curitiba is COLD in winter and it is unbelievable that the hostel does not provide any heating. It’s possible to ask for extra blankets but that still isn’t enough. For summertime, in the rooms there is an electric fan but I suspect that is inadequate. The hostel really should install an air condition in each room that is capable of heating and cooling. 2) Kitchen does not have a toaster. I asked about this was told previous toasters brisket after one month. A toaster is a common item and I suggest the hostel buy a better quality toaster or an oven toaster if they have problems. I think every other hostel I have stayed at in South America has a toaster. 3) kitchen lights above tables are dim. This is a problem at night. 4) if you search for the hostel by name in the “99“ ride share app the app will take you to the old location of the hostel. The hostel should warn people about this. 4) When I checked in the staff did not ask me if I wanted a top bed or a bottom bed."
