We only opened the door and did not take anything into the room...we could not stay in this room. The room had a cracked window, no functioning electrical outlets, damaged tiles around the tub, holes in the wall, and the room had a bad smell.」

「Definitely a budget motel. Sketchy clientele. Room felt dirty, but sheets were clean and no bed bugs. Electric door lock was broken. Curtains broken and covered the AC unit so zero air flow. Did not use the shower as it was not exactly clean. Strong smell of cigarette smoke covered up with air freshener. Wear shoes, the floor was filthy.」

「Don’t like to leave reviews but this his one I have too! This place is run down! Smells awful, parking is shared with other hotels around the area. 1 elevator that takes a long time to get around. Front office clerks (at least the ones in our stay) were lazy and had that annoyed face when asking them questions. Pool area has the metal fenced knocked over, and the door to come into the hotel thru the side by the pool is broken, so you have to walk all the way thru the main hotel entrance to come...

I needed to do some work with my computer -- desk but no plug to recharge & only light was from behind. TV with list of channels but remote wouldn't access them. We have stayed here several times before and have always been pleased with the service and accommodations. This did not seem to be the same hotel - management was unavailable.」

「The location was close to the freeway, with easy on- and off-access. However, this is an industrial area. The hotel room was very dirty, with large stains and dirt on the couch, stains on the bedspread and top sheet, and the top bed sheet was so worn that the threads were bare. There was a ring around the tub and no bath towels. there were two hand towels, and one wash rag, and one of the hand towels was dirty. we did not feel that this hotel was very safe as the side entrance door was blocked...
