「We had an amazing experience at the Boathouse. The water views are unsurpassed and we even saw bald eagles circling above the bay. Everything is so wonderfully comfortable and furnished so well that it was hard to leave. You can take wonderful walks in the quiet and beautiful neighborhood or along the beach. We can’t wait to come back.」

「Don’t be fooled, this is not a “suite”, it is a tiny room with a bathroom. The property is a large “home” with multiple different rooms and paper thin walls, so if you’re lucky like us you might get another guest who likes to slam the fridge door, microwave, or their shower door at 2am. Also note that the kitchen is a shared kitchen, which has limited mentions in the description, so this is not exactly a private stay. The kitchen had an odd smell, from everyone’s food and the free street parking...

「Jabba's home is nice. Prepare for street parking only. This is a triplex home and all rooms are shared. Tge description on Expedia does not say this. The other guest, well you would know they are there. There were dishes in the sink overnight, (pet peeve of mine) and the 3rd floor people..... (kind of noisy).
