「I had a wonderful stay at the St. Charles Hotel. The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. The hotel's central location made it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and local attractions, which was a huge plus. If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay with excellent service and a convenient location, I would definitely recommend the St. Charles Hotel.」

The inside of our room was very comfortable, the staff left a few complementary drinks and snack in the room for us which was very much appreciated. 「The entire place smelled like marijuana, cigarette smoke, or fragrance to try and cover up the other smells. They are using the hotel for over flow of section 8 housing so there are homeless people all around the property and in the hotel. There were people doing drugs outside the hotel and no staff member did anything about it. I did not stay and asked for a refund where the staff was very dismissive.
