「The fan in the bathroom was very loud, but everything else was fine.」

「This place was fantastic. The ladies at reception were kind and helpful. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower was excellent - large with good water pressure. The complimentary breakfast was the best we've ever experienced at a hotel. Hot and plenty of choices. We enjoyed this place so much that we booked it again for our return trip.」

「I am absolutely shocked and appalled that Wyndham would allow its name and reputation to be associated with such a disgraceful property. To call this place a hotel, much less one operating under the Wyndham name, is an embarrassment. This so-called “Microtel” is filthy, rundown, cheap, and downright deplorable.

「Property was very clean. Great location. Easy check in and check out.」

「When we checked in the clerk assigned a handicap room. When I inquired about the reservation the clerk informed me that I requested a handicap room. He never offered to help to see if I could have another room. The beds were terrible as they used box spring instead of using a regular mattress. I had the worst night for sleeping causing the worst back pain. I mentioned the issue the following morning to the desk clerk who showed concern. The GM had a poor explanation that left us with a bad...

「The mattress was terrible」

「Defective AC unit that made way to much noise and it was not consistent so it kept waking me up. Just looking for a clean and quiet place for a night sleep and this place failed.」
