"The access to the pools is very enjoyable.
At the restaurant, excellent service from Mathias and Samuel. Friendly and professional. Great assets for the restaurant."
"Nice little appartment without a view of the mountain (view on parking lot). Very clean but cooking tools (wine opener, most cooking utensils, scissors etc...) needs replacement. Clearly used as a rental. Quite loud appartment building with soundproofing not very efficient. Size of appartment ok for 2-3 ppl maximum."

"A comfortable, warm and well-loved apartment with plenty of history. 2 good sized double rooms (comfy beds), well equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, cooker, fridge/freezer, bathroom plus shower with good pressure and everlasting hot water, very comfy living space. Much better, larger, more enjoyable than a hotel (in my opinion), we brought some food out from the uk and topped it up with shopping in Migros Supermarket in Le Chable. It was just me and my 16 year old son but could so easily have been 4 people sharing. We had a car which took only 4 minutes to drive to the bubble at Le Chable where there is limitless free parking and no queues for the lift even at half term (unlike at Medran) and which takes you all the way up to Ruinettes sur la piste. (you can park about 100 metres from the apartment). It's possible to walk to the lifts (15 mins) instead. The host kindly lent us their ski locker at the lift station which also meant gloves and boots were all dry and warm the following morning. Also, we went out in the evening in Verbier a couple of times which is so easy as the cable runs between Medran and Le Chable until midnight every night and takes just 9 minutes. I would definitely stay here again, the host Helene replied to all questions quickly and efficiently, and we got to stay in a really nice place, affordable and ate our own healthy food rather than pizza/burgers every night which seems to happen when staying in a hotel etc. Very nice."
"I stayed with my three children over Xmas 2024. Each wanted their own room, hence why I booked a 4 bedroom house. Upon arrival one room was not made. We asked where the bedding was and was informed in a locked cupboard. The owners offered to sort it out but not for 24 hours, so we found a compromise. We were left 3 dishwasher tablets for the week, 1 inch of washing up liquid and little in the way of bathroom or WC supplies. No commune bin bags were left as stated in their rules of the house. The cooker is old and doesn't work properly. There is only one tray in the main oven, which caused issue cooking Xmas dinner. Then the door of the dishwasher fell off. There were logs for the fire but lasted only one day. We were told if we wanted more to go and buy them. In the rules of the house, we were expected to strip the bedding, replace any moved furniture and clean all the dishes before we left, despite paying for a cleaner in the cost. We had an early train and getting tired kids up to travel was a struggle. We did our best, so I apologise we never quite got it fully cleaned as requested. All the above can be improved at not a lot of cost to the owner, given the cost of the apartment for the week. I think they should offer a little more to incoming guests especially a single parent family. Then it will be a great place. On the positive side the snow was incredible, the house was warm and comfortable and the kids had a blast.Thank you. "
