Personnel très sympathique, que ce soit à l’accueil, à la piscine ou au restaurant. Mention spéciale à Rachel, très agréable et professionnelle. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et variés, un vrai plus pour bien commencer la journée. L’hôtel, bien que propre, commence à montrer quelques signes de vétusté. Dommage également que les piscines soient ouvertes à tous : une piscine réservée exclusivement aux clients de l’hôtel serait un vrai atout selon moi. Mais cela reste mon avis personnel.

The baths and spa were great and our kids and us had an amazing time floating in the lazy river, going down the water slides, and enjoying the grass park area. The hotel was ok. We stayed in one of the family apartments and I think I’d have actually preferred to stay in the actual hotel. First of all our check in wasn’t till 4p when Expedia said 3p and that was frustrating. And then once we got into the unit we got a whopping 1 cup of coffee which wasn’t great. I think we’d go back here but change some things next time.

This is an amazing place to spend a weekend or a full week if you love water. 2 days is the best for young people.

Séjour bien passé. La chambre était propre et spacieuse. L'accès aux bains est très pratique. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et varié. Très bien pour un ou deux jours.

une escapade parfaite !

excellent complexe hotelier. l'offre de restauration n'est pas fantastique mais tout le reste est parfait. le service et tous les serveurs sont extremement efficaces, aimables, et competents ! le petit dej est tres correct et les thermes sont merveilleux ! le cadre tout autour de l'hotel est divin, les randonnees a faire autour sont tres nombreuses !

Excellent highly recommended

Excellent place to stay as a family wanting to explore local ski resorts. Fantastic breakfast, pools, spa and fast river a massive hit with all. Only slight and minor query is the food for dinner was good but a touch limited for kids.

Nice place for a few days' rest

The hotel is gradually coming back to full functionality - the pools were very pleasant and whilst the hotel was full, it did not feel you had to queue or too crowded. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Super Wochenende

Eigentlich alles super. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben auch sehr gut geschlafen. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es gibt nur ein kleines Problem, dass stört mich sehr. Und dass sind die Hunde, in den Zimmern und im Restaurant!

Très agréable Hôtel, personnel très accueillant, Etions accompagné de notre animal, il est accepté en chambres, au restaurant, même une petite attention pour elle. Les termes sont très agréable, dommage la partie sauna pas un peu plus qualitative ( animation type Aufguss par exemple, sel pour peeling dans le Hamman ) mais c'est des détail pour progresser ...
