"Room was acceptable for the low price I paid. Aircon was missing all its louvres and unable to run quietly. Bathroom was water effected and cleaning product not wiped away making floor very slippery."

"This location is amazing! Having what is practically your own private beach right at your back door is wonderful. The views were a constant delight. The house is perfect with everything you could need. Local cafes were a short walk away as were other swimming spots if you wanted something a bit different. All in all, I would highly recommend this place to anyone."

"Not quite sure what happened with our booking but the room advertised certainly was not a 1bd townhouse! We must have been given the left over availabilities that looked nothing like our booking. Can't believe they would even offer these rooms knowing the condition they are in! Booked a 1br townhouse was shown a 2br apartment not a townhouse which was old and had a very unsightly courtyard right in the middle of apartment. Husband queried booking so we were moved into a 3bd townhouse, 2 rooms closed off understandibly but we weren't even given the main bedroom which I believe would have had an ensuite. While my husband was having a shower the shower head fell off he reported it to reception who said it will be looked at sometime that day hence no shower for me after a pleasant morning walk, wasn't repaired until at least 3pm that afternoon. Blinds broken, aircon broken, dark very claustrophobic uncomfortable stay. We will not be returning to Bay Hideaway Resort."
