「Reception were very welcoming and shared information about the area. Check-in was swift. Parking was easy. Room was a good size with lots of wardrobe space and a safe was available. Shower over bath, needed a little tlc re blackening of the sealant - care needed in the shower as water can suddenly run very hot. Set times for booking in the restaurant - not a problem. The food was absolutely amazing in all aspects - presentation and so delicious - we made compliments to the chef each...

「ハーフボードを選択。朝・夕食とも美味しく，大変満足しています。朝食のチュロスがおいしかった。観光情報の提供も的確で世界遺産オルデサ&モンテペルディド国立公園へのシャトルバスの情報（一般車両通行止め，トルラからのシャトルバスのみ通行可），周辺観光ポイントの説明もありがたかった。シャトルバスの降車ポイントにもなっていて，利便性は高い。客室にバスタブがあり，ハイキング疲れを回復するのに助かった。タイトな日程で利用できなかったが，屋外プールも大きく，清潔で，次回はぜひ利用したい。トルラの村からは離れているが，静かでゆっくりできる環境は良い。レンタカー利用が便利。」

「受付から始まり、大変いい対応をしていただきました。お部屋もとても清潔でした。雨が降っていた為、夕飯はホテルのレストランを利用しました。肉の焼き方など焼き直しも快く引き受けてくださり、とても親切でした。お米のレストランと言うだけありリゾットは本当に美味しかったです。」
