Great Venue, Terrible service.

Appalling service, no bar, no food in the hotel, 4 and half hours to get a taxi to the nearest town. Wonderful location, but no customer service what so ever, and an additional €100 if two people wish to use the pool for 1 hour

Una lástima. Estuve hace años, y ha caído en picado. El buffet tanto de desayuno como de comida absolutamente mediocre. En el desayuno variedad escasa de poca calidad. La comida fatal. Por 24 euros, te tratan fatal (al menos la que parecía Maitre, mayor de pelo corto), como si estuvieras en un cuartel. Y la variedad de cocina y su elaboración, nefasto. Me llamaron en la hora de la siesta para darme una información totalmente innecesaria. Gran decepción. Debe ser que no hay trabajadores cualificados, dispuestos a trabajar por lo que paguen. O cambia el rumbo, o cualquier refugio de montaña ofrece un servicio mejor a menor precio

El personal muy muy bien, atento, educado. El hotel... de gran hotel tendría en los 90, ahora está muy lejos del superlativo "gran". Limpieza escasa, amenities los justos, una toalla para compartir, ni siquiera ponen dos. En las 5 noches que estuvimos, ni escoba ni aspirador por la habitación. Sábanas con agujeros y manchas (sí, limpias, pero no para más usos). Los sillones y sillas de la habitación... para volver a tapizar por manchas y olor. Si la alfombra no se limpia, mejor quitarla y punto. Absolutamente decepcionante para lo que se ha pagado. Alrededores llenos de malas hierbas, no se han molestado en desbrozar nada... Suelo exterior en mal estado, los adoquines por falcar, levantados. Esto no es un hotel de 4 estrellas ni de lejos, por tanto, los precios no corresponden.

Hotel en muy mal estado, un sofá en la habitación sucio y desgastado. En general mal mantenido, hormigas por toda la habitación y limpieza deficiente.

Breathtaking view

Quirky modern goodlooking rooms. Friendly reception. Confusing booking rules for meals and spa for non Spanish speakers. But most of all breathtaking view and surroundings. Peaceful for sleeping and awakening for hiking. Never experienced anything like it anywhere. Really cool, luxurious, private and beautiful little spa connected to the hotel. There was no pool though as stated in the hotels.com information.
