Lobby war tip top, aber die Zimmer katastrophal, solche Zimmer Habe ich lange nicht mehr gesehen. Duschen voller Schimmel, Toiletten aus den 70er, Möbel demoliert, Fenster seit Jahren nicht sauber gemacht, steht ganz groß Sau auf der Scheibe aber juckt anscheinend keinen. Bin Dauergast in Hotels, von 365 Tagen 200 im Hotel. Aber es ist eine sauerei so viel Geld für null Leistung zu verlangen.

Vi tjekker ind kl21 hos en receptionist der fortæller at hun har første arbejdsdag. Hun hilser ikke, hun ved ikke hvilken etage vores værelse er på. Spaen virker ikke, hvilket ellers står på hjemmesiden. Receptionisten ved igen ikke noget. Vi bliver vækket kl07.45 af housekeeping. Meget mærkeligt når vi senest skal tjekke ud kl12. Da vi tjekker ud kl9 dagen efter receptionen tom. Der går et par minutter og en meget lidt høflig dame kommer frem. Igen ingen service eller høflighed. Vi vil ikke anbefale dette hotel.

Dårlig oplevelse

Virkelig nedslidt og beskidt hotel, der lugtede af røg og køkken ligegyldigt hvor på hotellet man befandt sig, billederne der er vist fra stedet er på ingen måde identiske med virkeligheden. Havde min søn med på en kort forretningsrejse, men poolen og bowlingbanen var lukket pga “et eller andet” virkelig skuffende.

Veldig slitent hotell. Sur velkomst. Ingen tung på rommet. Ikke et krus, kopp eller noe. Heisen vibrerte seg opp til 6 etg! Ser ikke ut som noen har brukt en euro på opprustning av inventar de siste 30 årene.

Wij kozen dit hotel voor z'n ligging (vlak voor Hamburg om 's morgens op tijd door de tunnel te zijn gelukkig maar omdat de tunnelbuis Noord-Zuid was afgesloten) en gelukkig was het een prettig hotel.

Geräumiges Zimmer. Sauberkeit im Zimmer ok, auf dem Balkon ungenügend. Sehr hellhörig, altes Mobiliar. Vorhang hakt. Betten nicht ordentlich bezogen. Für eine Nacht ok, richtig wohl gefühlt haben wir uns nicht. Preis zu teuer für was es ist.

Zimmer besser kontrollieren und besser Ausstatten

Zimmer war sehr staubig. Bei meiner Ankunft hing der linke Vorhang an beiden Seiten runter. Stühle im Zimmer sehr unbequem. Keine Klima und kein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer 708. Zimmer heizen sich bei Sonne stark auf (besonders wenn der Vorhang defekt ist). 0Hatte teilweise kein warmes Wasser. Am Samstag 25.6.22 fiel die Kühlung am Frühstückbuffet aus. Sauna wird schon um ca 20:00 abgeschaltet. Vorraum zur Rezeption sehr muffig. Für 100 Euro kann man mehr erwarten

Nice stay at Tryp by Wyndham

Nice hotel in a small nice village only 60 km from Hamburg. The hotels free parking and welness center with sauna and swimming pool is an absolute plus. We experienced the staff being very friendly even when the credit card was failing in all of Germany, they still helped us getting some drinks in the bar.

Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich- das ist positiv zu bewerten. Das war es aber auch schon. Das Hotel selbst ist heruntergewirtschaftet und schmutzig. Der Eingangsbereich lag voller Laub und Schmutz. Der Hotelflur hat wahrscheinlich schon wochenlang keinen Staubsauger gesehen, gleiches galt für unser Zimmer. An der Fensterscheibe stand das Wort “Sau” von einem früheren Gast. Selbst das hat nicht dazu geführt, die Scheibe zu reinigen. Das Badezimmer ist komplett veraltet, die Duschtür war defekt. Das Frühstück war den Preis nicht wert. Wir kamen ca. 40 Minuten vor Ende der Frühstückszeit- da waren das Rührei, die gekochten Eier und der Obstsalat alle und dabei blieb es. Das Angebot bestand aus billigem Käse und billiger Wurst, einfachster abgepackter Marmelade und Cerealien. Die verbliebenen Brötchen wurden zusammengeschoben- das musste reichen. Hier wird ein Preis eines 4-Sterne- Hotels für den Aufenthalt verlangt, bei reeller Betrachtung sind 2 Sterne schon zuviel. Definitiv übernachte ich hier nicht wieder.
