「The roof terrace staff were great and food exceptional, breakfast area took 30 mins for a drink, food cold and sent back. Also shampoos etc in room half full or empty. Lovely hotel they just need to step it up a bit」

「コンシェルジュがいつも不在で、使えなかった。朝のビュッフェが75TLは、法外に高い。ホテル直接の評価ではないが、帰りのタクシーは、アタテュルクまで遠回りする悪徳運転手で、100TLを要求してきたが、ふざけるな行きは50だったぞと言って70で妥結した。疲れた。」

「とても素晴らしいホテルでした。 特にサウナと貸切の屋内プールが良かったです。 部屋から見える街並みはとても素敵でした。 5泊しましたが、部屋にキッチンや洗濯機＆乾燥機があったため、長期滞在でも安心です。 ホテルの敷地内にスーパーがあり、便利でした。 スタッフもとても親切に対応していただきました。 観光地までは距離があるためバスであれば乗り継ぎが必要です。時間指定ではありますが、ホテルの無料シャトルバスを利用することもできます。 （ホテルに否はないですが、公共交通機関のバスは頻繁に遅れます。30分以上遅れることもしばしばあるため時間には余裕をもった方が良いです。）」

「In der Beschreibung ist alles anders wie vor Ort. Man durfte nicht auf die Dachterrasse. Die gehört anscheinend nicht dem Hotel. Absolut unverständlich. Der Zustand des Hotels ist etwas heruntergekommen. Nicht mehr auf dem besten Stand. 」

「スタッフの方々がとても親切で、助かりました。荷物を預けに9時頃寄ったらアーリーチェックインに対応してくれました。空き状況にはよると思うのですが、長いフライトのあとだったので気遣いがとても嬉しく、おかげで散策前に少しゆっくり出来ました。移動においてバスや電車を使おうとすると坂が多いので大変ですが、タクシーを使う分には問題ないかと思います。」
