"I called and messaged ahead of time that my flight is delayed so I will be checking in late. When I arrived the hotel was closed and was locked up- gate had a huge ped lock. We couldn’t get in. We had to find a different accommodation. Very disappointing. Want my refund back."

"Rooms were clean and spacious. They provided towels and showering essentials. All staffs were courteous and neat. Only issue was having to climb 2 sets of stairs to get to our room. "
