"Breakfast was provided via use of a certificate at a bakery a few blocks away. I would say the food was mediocre. The room was very nice, and the bed was comfy. The fireplace was lovely. The hot water in the bathroom was not hot enough! Had I decided to take a bath, I would have been very disappointed. Although an envelope labeled for a tip was provided in the room, we never were offered any maid service and we never saw anyone providing towels, etc. Overall, there were many more positives than negatives at this lodging. "

"Montera Penthouse is bright and spacious, well-appointed and very comfortable. It has everything you need! Everything is within walking distance or a short drive. It's also nice that it faces the back so you don't get the traffic and noise of Main Street. Plus, you can catch a good sunset from the back deck if you can't get down to the beach in time. We really enjoyed it here!"
