We stayed on the ground floor and had a wonderful experience—a spacious bedroom facing a small, traditional courtyard, with convenient hotel facilities nearby. One staff member spoke excellent English, and even the Japanese-speaking staff were very helpful, assisting us by calling our next hotel in Kaga Onsen to arrange a pick-up bus. "Onsen is located on a river and surrounded by nature. Very picturesque. The food served was excellent, traditional cuisine, lots of variety, and plentiful. I appreciated the free shuttle service from the train station to the onsen, this needs to be arranged beforehand through the expedia booking platform. The room was clean. Facilities could benefit from upgrades. "
