**Equipped with an air ionizing system in the HVAC which kills all viruses, bacteria and mold so you can vacation safer!** The Surf Chalet is located on the back of a quiet cul-de-sac in central Avon. It's a straight, easy 5 minute walk to the beach as well as many restaurants and shops. With 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths, the whole family will have plenty of space to relax. 2 large covered decks with seating means rain or shine, you will be enjoying the fresh ocean air everyday! A leisurely dip in the hot tub will top off your day at the beach. Rent some kayaks paddle to the sound via Mill Creek behind the house!

The house is amazing. It is clean, spacious, and close to so many things. The kitchen has many appliances and utensils. It is close to the beach. Daniel is amazing, and responded quickly. He is very friendly and helpful.

Came down to fish for a few days with some friends, house was perfect for 4 adults with each getting their own queen bed. Host was always quick to respond. Kitchen had everything we needed, great location, home was clean and everything worked great. Only things I would suggest would be an extra key in the lock box, maybe some lights under the house and on the stairs outside to go up, and trimming the 2 trees entering the drive way, a few limbs caught the rods a few times backing out in the dark.

We had an amazing stay. Everything was exactly like the pictures except there was a larger table for dining. I thought everything was wonderful. The town of Avon was fantastic. The beach was a short walk. My children all enjoyed kayaking in the provided kayaks. I have stayed in many rentals and I have never had such a well stocked kitchen. You will not need to bring anything with you for cooking. The host was very communicative and gave me extra details on local places to eat. We would love to come back and stay again. I highly recommend this place!

Perfect Space & Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the surf chalet. The location could not have been better, with a short walk to the gorgeous beach in Avon. The space was perfect for our family of five, with four rooms and four queen beds. Daniel was quick to respond to any messages. We are delighted that we chose this location, far from the busy streets in the north. It was so relaxing!

Great, casual surf chalet...walk to the beach, a nice restaurant just around the corner. The third floor open porch with cover faced east so you caught the ocean breezes for happy hour. Nice getaway place!

Perfect for Adult Group!

Went down with a group of 8 adults and this cottage was perfect. Normally you’re always offered a cottage with one room that has bunks or twin beds. With this house having 4 queens, each couple was super comfy. Not to mention, the beds were some of the most comfortable I’ve every experienced in a Vrbo. Beach access is an easy walk but the access itself can be a smidge difficult to find or see. We made it though. Having a food lion and gas station right around the corner made for easy access to anything we needed. We enjoyed the Hatteras lighthouse, Pangea tavern, and a small store called Artistic Treasures. It was a wonderful weekend and we’d love to stay here again.

Had a wonderful time. Host was very gracious and the place is beautiful. Ocean is about a 5 minute walk. A neighbor did ask us to take it inside, which we did with no issue. Overall, great experience.

We had a wonderful time here on our trip. This house checks all the boxes. The location is especially good because it's near a grocery store, gas station, and 2 ORV beach accesses. We'd stay here again, no question.

Loved the whole experience, clean easy check in and out. Only suggestion I have is to have the ice trays filled or supply a small bag of ice upon arrival. Overall we had a great comfortable stay. Thank you.
