"The entire reason I reserved this particular hotel was to use the hot tub after a long day skiing. It was not the cheapest option for sure, but the pics showed that nice hot tub. Imagine my surprise when I checked in and the hot tub was not working! The hotel itself was fine, although the beds and the overall vibe are a little tired. I certainly expected more for the amount of money I spent to stay a night."

"Hotel very close to many restaurants and shops. Beautiful view of lake from the common space. A lot of youth hockey teams were there. Loud in hallways at 10pm. "

"Great hosts with and exceptional condo! Perfect place for two parents and two teens to spread out and have their own space/bathrooms. Basement family room is made for cozy movie nights. Kitchen has everything you need and more! Super clean! Easy access to Whiteface and Lake Placid. Would stay again in a heartbeat."
