Summary:
Howdy and welcome to Casa Verde, a midcentury gem located in historic Georgetown, Texas. Fully remodeled, this home is stocked with all you need for the perfect stay, designed w/local artisans in mind. The private street is adjacent to open fields for kids to play, and the fenced yard provides privacy if desired. The front courtyard has a cozy and intimate outdoor lounge space equipped w/charcoal grill, fire-pit and plenty of seating. Comfy beds and furniture for lounging throughout the house!!

The Space:
Completely remodeled inside and out as well as professionally decorated and furnished! Casa Verde pays tribute to a modern, southwest vibe, highlighting local art and provisions. The kitchen highlights tons of counter space and is equipped to prepare even the most extravagant meal. Four comfortable bedrooms allow for a restful night sleep with two stylish bathrooms to accommodate your party.

The Neighborhood:
This location is walking distance to the campus grounds of Southwestern University and the Most Beautiful Square in Texas, filled with restaurants, bars and shops. You'll find homes 100+ years old, and some that are brand new. There are so many things to do that are within a short drive including all that Austin, Waco and Fredericksburg have to offer. Travelling with kids? Parks, splash pad and open fields are within a few blocks. A pack and play, highchair and booster seat are onsite if needed. The home is equipped with books, toys and games for all ages, including cornhole and a pickleball set. A dedicated workspace with high speed WIFI is included along with two smart TVs.

Getting Around:
Lots of street and driveway parking. You could get around via bicycle, walk, or Uber pretty easily, but that really depends on the nature of your trip, guests, etc... We recommend having at least one vehicle.

Totally enjoyed our stay

We were in Georgetown for our daughter’s wedding, this was a great find for my family, Airyn and Alyse were wonderful host, constantly checking in on us to see if we needed anything. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. I highly recommend this home. Our family loved it.

We totally enjoyed our stay. The property has been totally remodeled. Almost feels like a new house. Very cute, very clean. Kitchen is well equipped—-we would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Girls’ Weekend Getaway!!!

We had the best girls weekend at this VRBO! The house felt very safe, was clean, and had a great layout for hanging out, playing Mahjong, and relaxing. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the location was ideal. The hosts were top tier—friendly, responsive, and welcoming. There was a faint pet smell when we first arrived, but it quickly aired out and didn’t affect our stay. The only other note is that towel supply was a bit limited for a home that sleeps 8—we had 6 guests and still felt short—so you may want to bring a few extras. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we’d absolutely come back!

Amazing stay

This house was perfect!! Every detail was intentional & helped make our stay perfect! We flew kites across the street, sat out front and chatted, and played a TON in the backyard! This house is totally kid friendly and amazing! We will definitely be staying here again!

The best Georgetown stay!

This house was perfect for our group. We were in the area photographing for business and it was the best place to unwind. The property was so close to the square, where we had dinner. We were so impressed with the host and the house!

House is warm and inviting. Owners were very responsive and accommodating. Nicely setup for adults and children, our grandkids loved hanging out with us there. Everything is modern and clean, perfect spot! Hope to be able to stay there again our next visit.

For my first VRBO experience this was excellent. The hosts were very attentive and responsive to any questions I had. They more than exceeded my expectations and provided clear and concise rules to follow when using the home. The area is very quiet and peaceful and 6 mins from Georgetown square.

Great place for family stay

We really appreciated our hosts Airyn & Alyse. Great communication from beginning to end. The house is wonderful, in a quaint location which was close to the wedding venue where my oldest son was best man for the event. We had our adult kids/spouses with us as well as our 1 year old grandson. The home had every amenity we needed and were hoping for. We enjoyed playing corn hole, relaxing by the firepit in the evenings, and just spending time together. Thank you for sharing this home with us. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a family stay in Georgetown.

House was very clean. Hosts were very easy to communicate with. Had the water softener discharge next to master bedroom at 3am and run two cycles. Then smoke alarm went off in master bedroom at 11pm. If it hadn’t been for those two instances this would’ve been a 5 star stay! Thanks for having us!

Casa Verde Was a Huge "Ole'"

First of all, the owners/property managers were extremely welcoming, always prompt to provide information and answer questions. We were given everything necessary to access, enjoy and exit the property. This property provided the perfectly charming get away base for our BFF road trip weekend in Georgetown. The bathroom, living & kitchen spaces are spacious. The beds were very comfortable, we all slept very well. Any family or friends group should have everything they need to make themselves at home, relax and enjoy time together. The location is quiet, extremely private facing an open field with a beautiful elementary school at the back. Being summer there was no activity in front of us at all. The Town Square shopping & dining area was 5 minutes away. We highly recommend and would happily stay here again.
