Welcome to Forest Hills Cottage. This luxurious 3 bed/1 bath venue features modern design and has all the high-end details of a boutique hotel. Filled with natural light, this beautiful home offers outdoor fun and relaxation. Only minutes from the Augusta National, this sweet home is also in walking distance of the shopping, personal care, restaurants, golf, tennis, the swimming center and the Daniel Field Airport. This cottage is also moments from local hospitals, downtown Augusta, Fort Gordon, SRS and Plant Vogtle.

This is the perfect place for families, couples, or groups looking to enjoy a peaceful getaway. Whether you visiting from out of town or need a place to gather with friends for the weekend, we are centrally located in Augusta to comfortably accommodate parties as few as 2-3, up to 8 or any combination in between.

Forest Hills Cottage features 2 luxurious bedrooms with queen beds and 50" TVs with full motion mounts on the main floor and a dedicated office space/sitting room for those who want to work or read in the natural light.

The 2nd floor bedroom offers 4 single beds with separate sitting area. Use the ottomans for additional seating.

The full kitchen provides all the essentials to cook a banquet for all guests and dining space for 8.

Outside, relax by the fire in comfy Adirondack chairs and roast marshmallows.

This property also features a game space with full-size ping pong table and custom corn hole.

周辺情報

  • Home of Freeman Walker, outstanding citizen of early Georgia. Born in Virginia in 1780, he came to Richmond County in his youth and studied law. Freeman Walker, in 1826, deeded 70 acres of land to the United States Government to be used as an arsenal-the site now of the Junior College of Augusta. He reserved one acre as a family burial ground, known as the Walker Cemetery. He was the father of Maj. Gen. W. H. T. Walker, CSA. Admitted to the bar in 1802, he followed a life of public service; City Attorney for three years and Mayor of Augusta 1817-19, being the first to hold the city´s chief executive office under the name of Mayor, and Brigade Inspector of Gen. Valentine Walker´s brigade in 1813. He represented Richmond County in both branches of the State Legislature and represented Georgia in the U. S. Senate. His speech on the Missouri Compromise attracted nation-wide attention. He died in 1827 and is buried in the Walker Cemetery.

Great place, great location

This home is comfortable and easily accessible to shopping places, military base, etc. It was clean, roomie, open concept. We thought just having one bathroom would be an issue, but it was not. We would stay in it again.

Cozy, clean cottage located within walking distance of grocery store (Food Lion) and a variety of restaurants offering a wide range of cuisines. Host was SUPER responsive and very polite.

Masters Week Rental

Great owner and rental property in Augusta! My co-workers and I really enjoyed staying here. The place is conveniently located to where we needed to be and the accommodations, ease of access to the property and setup were just what we were looking for... and the ping pong table was a nice touch, too! Highly recommend staying here on your next Augusta visit :)
