House has been totally remodeled. There is new plumbing, electrical, HVAC, sheetrock, flooring, etc. We remodeled this house for our family to live in, but we have not moved in yet, so you are getting it in freshly remodeled condition. There is a 65 in TV in the living room and a 65 in TV in both master suites.
There is a small cottage in the back yard which is occupied by a family friend. By no means will this have anything to do with occupying the main house. We just want to disclose this.
