Beautiful detached house with private swimming pool in the countryside, not far from the sea of Agnone.



The house is nestled in a rural landscape, surrounded by the countryside of the agricultural estate that houses the property, and is accessible via a driveway that provides privacy and freedom of movement. The property's highlight is the outdoor spaces with a private pool, sun umbrella, deck chairs, a sitting area, and a garden. The patio has an outdoor dining area with a table and views of the surrounding countryside. The living area has an open kitchen with a dining table and microwave. Internal stairs lead to a bathroom. The bedroom with a queen-size bed and wardrobe is on the ground floor and overlooks the garden.

A bathroom with a shower and hairdryer completes the layout.



Wi-Fi connection and a washing machine are at guests' disposal.



*The swimming pool is open from the 1st of June to the 31st of October.



*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.



For lovers of relaxation and the sea, eastern Sicily and the area surrounding Syracuse offer everything one could wish for. Starting from the ancient Greek city and heading south, the best-equipped and most beautiful beaches to explore are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella, and Fontane Bianche, whose name derives from the natural freshwater springs and the white color of the sand. On the island of Ortigia, you will also find equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno) and a small free beach called Cala Rossa. Further south, some 30 km away, we find some beautiful unspoiled and inaccessible beaches, including Calamosche, Vendicari with its Natural Fauna Oasis, and the beautiful San Lorenzo. For culture enthusiasts, the Greek theatre of Syracuse and the entire archaeological park with the Ear of Dionysius, a cave carved into the limestone in the shape of a human ear, the Paolo Orsi museum, and the Latomie dei Cappuccini, as well as Ortigia itself with its historical and cultural beauty as well as its landscape, are worth a visit. Noto, the seafront with the tuna fishery of Avola, and finally the seaside village of Marzamemi are not to be overlooked. In short, Sicily is a land to explore and its natural and cultural beauties are treasures to fill your eyes with.

Très bonnes vacances

Maison isolée et TRES calme, perdue au milieu des vergers de citronniers et autres arbres fruitiers. Tout confort. Autoroute à 5 minutes et grandes surfaces à 10 minutes (Lentini). Vue imprenable sur l'Etna (50km) et Catane. Aéroport à 30 minutes.
