The colorful living room invites you to relax with its smart TV, and seamless flow into the dining area. Just beyond, enjoy your morning coffee on the patio.

Quiet condo located close to shopping, the Augusta National, downtown, and the medical district. The Windsong complex is also just off Interstate 20 offering quick and easy access to the entire Central Savannah River Area.

Guests have access to the entire property with the exception of a locked owner's closet. . Access is provided via a smart lock with a personal code that will be shared prior to check in.

This comfortably furnished home features 2 queen bedrooms with smart TVs. There are two full bathrooms, a laundry closet, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a private patio area located off of the living room.

There is one dedicated space for the unit, but there are multiple guest spaces right next to the dedicated space. You will need a car to best navigate the Augusta area.

Manager/owner is a licensed real estate Broker in GA and SC. There will be a $40 fee per pet staying in the home. Pets are limited to 25lbs per complex policy. Anyone smoking inside or outside the property will incur a $750 fine.

周辺情報

  • Home of Freeman Walker, outstanding citizen of early Georgia. Born in Virginia in 1780, he came to Richmond County in his youth and studied law. Freeman Walker, in 1826, deeded 70 acres of land to the United States Government to be used as an arsenal-the site now of the Junior College of Augusta. He reserved one acre as a family burial ground, known as the Walker Cemetery. He was the father of Maj. Gen. W. H. T. Walker, CSA. Admitted to the bar in 1802, he followed a life of public service; City Attorney for three years and Mayor of Augusta 1817-19, being the first to hold the city´s chief executive office under the name of Mayor, and Brigade Inspector of Gen. Valentine Walker´s brigade in 1813. He represented Richmond County in both branches of the State Legislature and represented Georgia in the U. S. Senate. His speech on the Missouri Compromise attracted nation-wide attention. He died in 1827 and is buried in the Walker Cemetery.

Our stay was very nice, comfortable & quiet. The place was clean, cozy and welcoming. We had everything we needed !!! Would like to have had more kitchen towels, bowls with lids for storing food, standard size coffee mugs and a bluetooth speaker. Again, we had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay immensely!!!
