「Was wir im Inserat nicht so ganz gesehen hatten, dass es eine Gemeinschaftsküche und Gemeinschaftsbad sind, welche für 2 Zimmer gemeinsam genutzt werden. 「Mit unserem Aufenthalt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Der Check-In verlief ohne Probleme. Die Wohnung und die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich. Trotz der zentralen Lage, ist es sehr ruhig. Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden gestellt und auch die Küche ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet.」

「チェックインのメールが２４時間前に来るはずが、来なかったので、メールを出したが、返事が来なかった。電話になかなかつながらず、ホテルのチェックイン手続きに不満がある。ホテルの設備には問題がなく、快適に過ごせたが、４泊の滞在で、一度も清掃サービスやタオルなどの交換がなかった。あらかじめどのようなサービスがあって、ないのか、事前に情報提供が欲しかった。初めての滞在者にはもう少し手厚い情報提供があった方が、安心だ。」

「Schön eingerichtetes und gepflegtes Appartment mit allem, was man braucht für einen Kurzaufenthalt. Exzellente Lage. Einzig der kleine Späti direkt gegenüber nervt nachts mit einer grellen Leuchte, die bei jeder Bewegung auf der Straße angeht. Mitnahme einer Schlafmaske ist empfehlenswert, da die Vorhänge nicht wirklich abdunkeln. 」
