Torbay Oasis near the Sea

A great place to stay and well located.
We are 2 minutes by car to the Long Bay Regional Park and beach, 10 minutes from Westfield Albany, and half an hour's drive north of central Auckland.

This is our family home, which we are happy for you to enjoy while we are away.
It is a recent newbuild, has a relaxed atmosphere, and easy indoor-outdoor living flow, with a backdrop of palm trees on a neighbouring property.
Bed linen and bath room towels & consumables are included.
Please note that pets are not permitted, although you should know we have a mini cavoodle dog in case of ellergies.

It is a flat 2-3 minute walk to the Torbay shops, which include a Four Square, local fruit shop, free-range butcher, wine shop, medical centre, pharmacy, cafe, plus a range of takeaway and local dining options, including Troy Restaurant and Bar, Taj and Tonic Indian Restaurant, and Chand Indian Restaurant.
The Long Bay development (3 minutes by car) has a supermarket, dining options, and the Long Bay Surf Club sports bar and eatery.
Browns Bay is 5 minutes by car, with wider options for supermarkets, general shopping, beach-front dining and licenced premises. These include Deep Creek Brews and Eats (boutique brewer and good food) and Speakers Corner Alehouse, an English Style local pub and grill.

The Hauraki Gulf playground is easily accessible to boaties via local beach launch at Little Waike Beach, or boat ramps at Takapuna, Stillwater or Gulf Harbour. This provides all the attractions of water sports, fishing, and island picnics if you are looking for that.
We have off-street parking for two cars.
Continuous gas hot water supply ensures you will not run out.
We are a non-smoking household and ask that guests respect and maintain this policy.

The main living area is 1 step up from the driveway, and the bedrooms are upstairs. Unfortunately, our house is not wheelchair friendly.
Special conditions:
* Maximum number of occupants allowed to stay at the property is 6, plus a baby if you bring a carry cot.
* The study, workshop and shed are not for guest use.

Extras: Bond hold on credit card (refundable if standards met) (Required, NZ$600.00 per stay); NOTE: Following Kiwi tradition you are expected to leave the house clean and tidy, and to do the dishes before you leave (dishwasher provided).
