The hotel and room were perfect for our 1 night stay on our way South. Staff were very friendly, and everything worked as it should in the room. Very close to the shopping centre to stock up or to get meals. Found it a little tricky to find the hotel at first so perhaps some more prominent signing would help.

Room was modern and tidy. Upmarket in my opinion. Close to Westfeild Shopping Mall. Next time I come up for an event, I would probably stay in the Ramada in the city of Auckland CBD, closer to the concert venue. Overall I was deeply impressed with the facilities. I am very happy with my experience staying at the Ramada, Newmarket.
