Our apartment is located in the Sebel Hotel Complex right in the heart of the Viaduct, one of Auckland’s most desired central locations, with an abundance of bars and restaurants, all within an easy 5 minute stroll. You can enjoy harbour side walks around the marina and directly opposite your apartment are the Tepid Baths for gym users and a public pool. Commercial Bay and Britomart are just a 5-minute walk, you can find shopping for all tastes at these spots. There are hundreds of food and dining options with great takeaway choices at Harbour Eats in Commercial Bay and fine dining experiences in Britomart.

Great location, 5 minutes walk from downtown train, bus and ferry services. Private parking buildings only 1-2 minutes walk. An abundance of restaurants, bars, and site seeing options all within 2 - 10 minutes walking distance of the apartment. Uber, scooters and bicycles are all available.

Best location and very comfortable

You can not beat the location. Steps from the marina, lots of exploration opportunities, and more great restaurants than you can handle. Layout of the apartment is a little quirky but over all is super comfortable. Will definitely stay again!

This apartment is in the best location and provides everything you might need. We thought it might be a bit noisy but it wasn’t at all. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome Harbour Views

Stayed over New Years and had a great time. Spectacular views with a great balcony overlooking the harbour. Viewed NYE fireworks from balcony. Master bedroom is huge. Kitchen is great and coffee and milk were a nice touch. Only downside is second bedroom was very small for two adults and furniture is getting a little worn. Would stay again!

Fabulous view from the balcony - of the harbour bridge and marina and easy access to the restaurants around the harbour. Central transport hub at Britomart is 5 mins walk. Apartment clean and tidy, well equipped and independent access via lockbox allows arrival anytime. Host very responsive re communication. Thanks

Perfect for Party & Peace

We loved our stay at your property! The central location to the viaduct was fantastic for our favourite activities! People watching & Private party from the balcony, then close proximity for dining & dancing. Then we came back to peace. The apartment is quiet, relaxing & cozy for a great nights sleep after an epic night out! Thanks!!!

The property had everything I needed. It was clean. Everything worked. Very comfortable. Loved the balcony. Communication was amazing.
