Located on the grounds of Waiheke Island's Kennedy Point vineyard, Kennedy Point Guest House, surrounded by one of the Island’s oldest and largest stands of Pohutakawa (New Zealand’s iconic Christmas tree), is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing retreat with spectacular views of the sea.

The Space:
The guest house offers three bedrooms and two full bathrooms accommodating up to six guests. The comfortable open plan kitchen/living/dining area with wood burning fire opens on to the patio area with outdoor seating and BBQ. Relax with friends and family on the deck at Kennedy Point Guest House or enjoy the many Waiheke Island attractions all within easy reach of this lovely home.

Minimum stays
7 nights between Christmas and mid January
3 nights holiday weekends
2 nights all other times

Linen and exit cleaning is included in the rate. Minimum stays: 2 nights

Getting Around:
Waiheke Island is 20km long. Our properties are mainly located in the first 10km. Taxis are available but can be expensive. Regular bus services operate around the island. There is easy parking at the property.

Interaction with Guests:
Our team is available 7 days a week 8:30 am to 5pm for guests and for emergencies after hours.
