House Rules and Information -



Important - As the Metropolis does not have a key-collection service, you will need to collect the key from a key-collection room which is approx 600 meters away. Upon departure the key can be left in the apartment (if you are not using the car-park provided). If using the car-park you will require the key to exit the car-park , and will then need to return the key to the apartment.



Parking: 1x free allocated parking space. We are pleased to be able to offer this as city parking is very expensive.



*Security Cameras: There are security cameras within the communal areas of the apartment complex. There are no cameras present in the apartment.



Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who provide professionally laundered linen & towels.



Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.



STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
