The shuttle staff were great. While the rooms were clean there is a level of maintenence needed window latches etc also not much use having wall heaters aircon units without controllers. With these issues so.e extra blankets in the wardrobe may have been a consideration.

Great place to stay if you’re catching an early flight in Auckland airport. We slept comfortably and the ability to leave the car at their car park for free for 7 days was awesome! Will definitely stay again
