Airport shuttle great... get a ticket from the Front desk and its complimentary $0.00. Staff were helpful, bed comfy and it was clean. Dining area a little olde however, perfect for my overnight stay. A 15 minute walk to Pak nSave supermarket and held luggage.

Latenight seamless checkin. Free shuttle from airport (note: late flight domestic terminal, free shuttle stops running at 11:30, luckily a city bus driver called shuttle which was still running from the international terminal, jumped on terminal connector and caught the "free shuttle" yellow bus from the int'l side)

This hotel has a lot to offer: the staff are friendly and professional, the free airport shuttle is incredibly convenient, and the restaurant boasts a great atmosphere. The room itself was clean, though the decor is somewhat dated. The only real issue was the showerhead, which sprayed water erratically, making a mess of the bathroom.

There wasnt a light switch near bed. The body wash in the shower was empty. Im Coeliac and they didnt offer any gluten free bread or options. They were happy for me to bring my own food to dining room and helped heating milk. The choice of juice was nice. All staff were very helpful where they could be, and courteous. At the end of the day it was good, clean and comfortable, especially given what we paid.

love our stay. We booked a family room which have queen bed, 2 singles, kitchen etc. Love it our room was clean. Love the free transportation in the yellow bus from the airport to the motel that a bonus. Would recommend for anyone who want to stay there.

This motel is close to the airport which was very convenient since we traveled almost 22hrs to get to Auckland . Staff is really nice. Beds were comfortable.
