Welcome to Thach Place in Auburn. Located just steps from Auburn University! This 4 bedroom 4 bath condo is located on the top floor. Each bedroom has a queen bed and adjoining bathroom. with ample storage space in the closets. The living room features large windows and ample seating for you and your guests as well as a 75 inch television. The kitchen is fully stocked and has ample storage space as well. The unit includes 4 parking spaces for your stay so no need to move your car at all during your stay. We are a 5 minute walk to Samford Hall, a 3 minute walk to Publix, and a 5 min walk to Toomers Corner.

Perfect location!

Lots of room and so convenient to downtown! We were able to walk to shops and restaurants. Property had plenty of room, and a bathroom in each bedroom was very nice. We had a wonderful weekend…thank you!

The perfect property for visiting Auburn. It’s very spacious and clean. We were able to walk to campus, the basketball arena, and all the restaurants with ease. And the owner was very responsive. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Walkable Auburn Stay
