"The bathroom inside handel was missing just a wood hole was there. For people who are allergic like myself t pets the ordering process should make sure someone allergic to pets does ot get put on a Pet friendlly floor or a room used with pets. I had to take medication cause I was itchy from animal hair or something and there are more people who have worse reactions than I do."

"Solo. Checked in by a young very abrupt all-business type female, who made it clear she was doing me a favor by being there. First thing she said was ‘Last name?’ No greeting at all. Hallway was not vacuumed, room was very dated with a minimum of thought given to aesthetics, and NO PLUGS AT ALL for a cellphone. Yes, could have used an adapter, but almost all rooms have multiple USB plugs these days, so hadn’t brought one. Just spent 2 1/2 mos traveling across the country, never had to use an adapter that I recall. Bathroom had a huge, poorly mended wall hole left unpainted. Apparently toilet had been moved at some point, wall was damaged, patched and called it done. Carpeting was visibly discolored from years of use and no deep cleaning. Breakfast was as per usual, bacon, eggs, pancakes, cereal. The only redeeming factor here. If you can, go elsewhere."

"We had a wonderful stay at this house in Norton! The place was clean, comfortable and spacious. It included everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. It even had a toaster oven, a grill and DVDs of great movies! I loved the natural light that came in the house from the skylights! I would recommend staying here and will definitely do it again if we return to Massachusetts."

"Wow What a wonderful Beautiful Very clean very quiet hotel My husband and I have been staying here almost 2 months now I've had several surgeries and need plenty of rest and they are so considerate so polite We wish we could make this our home forever but funds are getting tight as everyone knows and unfortunately we may have to live in our car soon because my surgeries have had my husband having to take care of me and not able to work at this time So.... We do want to thank the owners the staff for all your hospitality and all thank you"

"The unit is very nice and well maintained. First place we have stayed with large screen TVs in each room. That was a nice touch. When we reached out to the host she responded quickly and was helpful. The only downside was the tenant on the floor above. That person has no regard for people staying below. They walk around more like stomp around at all times making all kinds of noise. They came in late and stomped loudly up the shared staircase. I would recommend that carpet or some noise insulation be added to their unit to reduce the noise. That will help make this unit a 5 star rating."
