Very disappointed!

My husband and I have stayed at a lot of small individually owned places at the beach. All we expect is a clean and tidy place to lay our heads after a long day at the beach, nothing fancy . You had to wipe the grit off your feet to put your shoes on, the furniture was old and stained. We put towels and blankets over them to sit. The original AC was out, but they did use 2 hosed window ACs that took up space and put condensation all over the floor. Would not stay here again!
