Welcome to Joyner Cottage, nestled along the illustrious Ocean Ridge. This charming second-row retreat has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, ensuring ample space for relaxation and rejuvenation.
With breathtaking views of the ocean just steps away, Joyner Cottage offers the perfect blend of serenity and adventure. With two separate gathering spaces, each equipped with a TV, provide flexibility for guests to unwind, whether enjoying a movie night, catching up on their favorite shows, or simply relaxing after a day of adventure.
Whether soaking in the sun or drinking your morning coffee on the expansive deck, every moment here is filled with tranquility and bliss. With accommodation for up to eight guests, it's an idyllic destination for family vacations or group getaways. Come experience the epitome of coastal living at Joyner Cottage!

WHATS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.
