This condo is very comfortable and homey providing whatever you need during your stay. Terry is quick to respond if you have any needs/questions during your stay. This was our 4th year staying here and we’ve already reserved it for the same week next year. The location is great in the complex, it’s very easy to access. This condo is set up perfectly

Thanksgiving vacation

This is our third year staying at this condo and we’ve already booked it for next year. It’s well stocked, clean and extremely comfortable. This condo is in a great location with lots of shops and restaurants close by. You can’t go wrong staying here!

Winter beach trip

Amazing Beach Vacation

This is our Second time staying at this property and I’ve already booked a third. It is most definitely my favorite of all the properties we’ve stayed in over the past 11 years. I would stay here every trip if possible. The host is so nice and quick to respond. The condo is beautiful and super clean with everything we could possibly need during our stay. We love it here. Wonderful Mother Daughter Trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The space and layout were perfect. It was quiet and clean. It really had everything we needed - supplies and the washer and dryer were an added bonus. The 2 pool options were great as well. We would love to come back!

Beach Vibe Condo

The first floor unit was easy to access from the parking area. The unit was just like the listing clean, with a great beach vibe. The layout was great and the extras were amazing. Nicely stocked kitchen. Beach towels, chairs and etc. Would stay here again.

Great stay at beautiful property

This was one of our favorite properties so far. The location was perfect and close to all of our favorite restaurants. The beach is beautiful and accessible from the property. The home was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. The bed was extremely comfortable and that’s always a huge plus to me because I have had several back surgeries and have a lot of difficulty finding beds that’s aren’t uncomfortable but this one was great! We will definitely rent here again in the future. Thank you again!

Family Vacation

The property was very nice and had everything we needed. There was an internet issue during the stay and Terry contacted the provider and worked to get the issue resolved. All of the amenities were as listed. I would recommend bringing a wagon if you have a lot of things to carry to the beach. It is quite a long walk if you’re carrying things.

Wonderful experience

Well appointed, immaculately, clean! Kitchen equipped with everything. you will need. Two beautiful pools and a beautiful beach just a couple of minutes walk away. Beach umbrellas, chairs, mats, boogie boards, etc. included. Location is convenient. Fort Macon, and the park just a 10 minute drive away, a must see! Terry was very timely in responding to questions we had. Check in is a breeze. Highly recommend.

3 nights isn't enough!

We chose Terry's property to stay at for visiting the MCAS airshow in Havelock, about 30 min away. Great hostess and very prompt to answer questions! This was our first time in the area and being at this property made it very enjoyable and easy, thank you Terry! Great short get-away. This was the perfect size for our family of 6, (4 children 1-9 yrs old). I love that this property is on 1 floor and doesn't have any inside stairs to have to watch the baby with. Wonderful short walk to the quiet private beach and the pools are great to have too. She provides lawn chairs, sand items, cooler bags which came in handy because I forgot my wagon. Cooking dinner was a breeze. Awesome location. We really love that it's quiet yet so convenient to everything we wanted to see including Beaufort. Will be back!

Highly Recommend. Clean. Comfortable. Convenient. My husband and I enjoyed our stay and would stay again. As mentioned in other posts, Terry, the host, is very responsive, and includes lots of nice extra such as beach chairs, towels, coolers, and ice packs. My only suggestion is to bring a wagon if you have kids or walking is difficult as the unit is in the front of the complex nearest the road. Having said that, my husband and I had no problem hauling a few things to the beach ourselves. The unit is in a great location if you want to be away from some of the crowds yet a short drive from restaurants, shops, and more. Since it was mid September, we enjoyed the quiet. I’d expect it would be a lot busier during summer months. The grounds are clean and well kept. Having two pools with the one near the beach also having restrooms is an extra bonus if you are spending time at the beach. The unit is clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 for cleanliness is I’m extremely picky, but I’d give it a 4.5 if I could.

Just as good as the other reviews said!

We have never stayed in a condo style property at the beach and were a little nervous about trying it out but we LOVED this property. Quiet, great beach access and very clean. Truly they maximized every space and they had everything we needed. From beach towels, to beach chairs to a well appointed kitchen we really appreciated not having to bring those items when traveling with 2 kids under 2. The only two things that could have made it better were: Better window coverings in the bedrooms. There was a lot of light that came in from the street lights in the complex and we couldn't find a way to cover them and this effected our kids and our sleep. Also, I wished we had a coffee pot. We are big coffee people and having the kcups only, we weren't prepared for so we left every morning to head out and grab coffee locally. That was a little challenging with two young kiddos. Other than that, I cannot complain one bit and wouldn't rate the property low because of it. Still a great spot and we would rent again but just plan differenly next time!

It’s a nice property for 200 per night. The bathroom in master bedroom is very small and the condo itself is small too. But we liked the convenience to the beach.

My husband and I have stayed here many times and it’s always the very first place I check for availability. It is absolutely amazing! The owner is so kind. The condo is just perfection. It is just like going home each time we stay. There’s just so much I could say about how great it is? but I think perfection just says it all! Thank you again for another wonderful stay.
