"Room was not ready at 4 pm check in line to check It was an incredibly long wait. I had an event to attend at 6 p.m. and wanted to check in and get ready. I arrived at the hotel at 4:00 p.m. after waiting in line twice. The first time, my room wasn’t ready, so I had to wait 5 minutes to join a line that was 30 minutes long. The staff tried their best to move the line, but it was frustrating because I only had 20 minutes to get ready and rush out the door to arrive within minutes of my commitment."

"Staff was awesome. The room was comfortable and we'll decorated. The blinds broke and maintenance fixed them but they broke again. The Alexa didn't really function and a few of the lights were busted. The bar and lounge were great and had really friendly bartenders."

"Extremely clean room!! Smelled wonderfully like nothing! Very friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Only complaint was that the sink and trash can were VERY tiny and in an odd place for the layout of the room that made it rather inconvenient. Other than that, lovely hotel and stay!!"

"The valet took too long and they didn’t know how to drive a manual transition. Also, I was carrying firearms (openly) and I wasn’t asked about them. That seems incredibly unsafe."
