We had a wonderful stay at this townhome while in Atlanta for market. The home was very clean and in a great location, which made getting around easy. It was well stocked with all the essentials, and the beds were especially comfortable, a welcome treat after long days. Communication with the host was quick, clear, and efficient. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Check-in was smooth. Josh communicated everything I needed to know to help the process go smooth. Nice neighborhood close to everything. The house was beautiful, clean and enough space for my group of six. My only suggestion would be to add more washcloths and towels. We were washing everyday to ensure everyone had clean washcloths and towels. Checkout was easy and Josh allowed us to keep our cars parked for an additional hour after checkout. That was a bonus we really appreciated. Overall a great experience!

Excellent location and amenities

This location kept us off the major Atlanta highways. Very easy access to MLK and Carter museums. House was clean and fully stocked. Good communication with owner.

Quiet, clean and convenient to everything!

Great homebase for a spring break road trip! Convenient to many attractions and restaurants. There's even a Publix a few blocks up the street. Home was well-stocked and very clean!

Great for WCC and Mercedes Benz Stadium

We booked this for business- trade show at the World Congress Center. Perfect location (2 miles away). Highly recommended for 2-3 people if you like avoiding high hotel prices.

Perfect spot for a getaway

This townhouse was the perfect place for our four days in Atlanta. Josh was a great host and communicated every detail we would need. The neighborhood was quite and safe and even the area around it was pleasant. The house is well equiped and clean. We stay at VRBO's frequently and my husband said this place was one of his favorite. Thank you for a wonderful stay if we are back your way we would book this place with out question.

Convenient Atlanta Townhome

We spent a week at this townhouse, and would definitely stay here again. Convenient location in a nice neighborhood. Modern amenities and provided the space we needed. Clean and comfortable!

Very Nice Stay

The house was well maintained. Very clean. Was conveniently located to all of our activities. We enjoyed many restaurants in the SummerHill area. Our only issue was the home temperature control. If thermostat was set too high, the upstairs would be very hot.

Peace in Downtown Atlanta

We evacuated here from Florida’s hurricane Milton last minute. The communication with Josh was effortless and he was very responsive . The townhouse is right in the Atlanta downtown area, but is was very safe and very quiet. I slept like a baby on the big tall comfortable bed. The kitchen is very sweet and the neighborhood was so close to Zoo Atlanta that we walked. We fell in love with the city of Atlanta and would love to come back again to visit.

The property was clean and had all of the essentials for our stay. The property owner was responsive to questions and the check in and check out process was easy. It is also nice that Publix is within walking distance. Altogether it was a great stay

Amazing Place

Stayed here for three days. The townhouse was even better than we imagined. It offered everything to make our stay comfortable. Josh was available at all times. The location was in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We used Uber to get around and it was the best way to go for us. Many restaurants in the area. We visited the Aquarium, Zoo, Coca Cola Museum and the Fernbank Museum. Would definitely stay here again. Had a marvelous time!

Great place with an even greater location

The home was very spacious and relatively clean. Could have been a little cleaner. Plenty of towels but no wash clothes. The location is perfect! Both I-20 and I-85 are only 5 minutes away and there great eateries in the area. Perfect location! Has a dedicated parking space but only room to park one vehicle. My only complaint is the day bed in one of the bedrooms. We had 3 adults. A full or queen size bed for the 3rd person would have made it a perfect stay. I recommend this home and the host.

Great Area!

Easy communication with property manager. Amazing location - had 4 kiddos, age 6-14, easy drive the aquarium and some local restaurants+ grocery store. Property comfortable, could have used a few extra towels, but otherwise was a great trip!

Great Space & Great Communication

Space is very accommodating and well-maintained. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Check in process was easy and smooth and check out was the same. Josh was very communicative about the space and responsive to questions or concerns we had. Location is walkable to several areas of interest (a few restaurants, GSU, and the like) or a very short drive to many more. However, like most cities, I would recommend appropriate car/house safety in terms of not keeping any belongings inside your vehicle and ensuring all doors are locked as you can tell there's some slightly rougher spots nearby as well.
