Newly renovated luxury high rise condo located on 20th floor in the heart of Downtown Atlanta, overlooking Atlanta's gorgeous views. This 2 bedroom 1 bathroom condo will make work and travel feel like home. There are two bedrooms (King & Queen), tv, one full bathroom and a full kitchen with appliances for your use. Fast wifi. The building also has 24 hr door staff. This unit is equipped with a washer and dryer. Walking distance to attractions and restaurants.

Parking charges $20/DAY

Take a dip and enjoy the sunshine—just remember to follow all posted rules to keep the area safe and pleasant for everyone.

Pool Hours:
Monday–Saturday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Misleading.

Me and my partner booked this for the 4th of July holiday weekend and we were not even able to take a hot shower upon arrival. I messaged the host at 1am asking to have someone come and fix the water the next morning and they said they would send someone but I had to send multiple messages to the host until around 11am the next day to be told it was no hot water for the entire building not just me so to just hold on pretty much.. extreme inconvenience and no offer of reimbursement was mentioned. They didn’t tell me the water was back on or anything either I just ended up washing my hands and seeing it was warmer then. The shower rod was held up with cardboard and the shower curtain was brown at the bottom (hasn’t been changed in months). The balcony was a literal sauna and felt unstable to say the least. It’s near everything in the city so convenient distance wise but that’s the only plus. Wouldn’t book again just due to the hot water experience.

Unaware of who was in their unit

I will say, after jumping through the right hoops with VRBO, they gave us the refund for the trip. There was someone still living and trashed in the unit I had booked. Even told us we could check in early due to finished cleaning. Does not seem to live close to location- as they tried to get me to go in and solve the problem of someone being in their unit. Gave us another clean unit once realizing we were not going to wait for this one. However, then listed false information about requesting to turn on air conditioning, but really the building unit has a central AC unit that is only on in the summer months. Bring a fan, a back up hotel, and prepare to have limited communication if booking.
