The first night we got there it was very late. I opened a cabinet door in the kitchen and a live roach fell on me in addition to the multiple dead/dying bugs on the floor. I let the host know. They said they had the place exterminated last week. Next morning two of the largest bugs I’ve ever seen were in the living room floor in the process of dying. My son in law kept sweeping them up & tossing outside. The morning we were leaving two more dead/dying bugs in the floor. This time I told him to leave them. Maybe wait a couple of weeks after extermination before renting. I don’t care if they are dead or not. No one wants to know about a bug problem this bad. I wouldn’t even cook while there due to the bug issues. The air conditioner works but not well. Every ceiling fan the place has to stay on all the time in order for it to feel even remotely cool. The pool was the only perk. The only reason we didn’t go to a hotel the second day was because we were traveling with a 2 month old & my daughter didn’t want to have to pack all of her stuff back up for one night. Stairs and upstairs flooring is so squeaky it could wake the dead. I would not recommend this property to anyone.:
