  • Very Clean, never been lived in, single family home built for this purpose and decorated with comfort in mind. In ceiling surround sound speakers and subwoofer in living room for that extra boost of vacation vibes. Close to shopping and many restaurants. Airport is only 6 miles and downtown Atlanta is 8 miles away.

-Any dishes used please place in dish washer & start. Except large pots and pans. They must be hand washed due to overloading racks in machine -Please keep all food in the kitchen or dining area
-Unauthorized/ Late check out is $100 per hour after 10am. Starting at 10:01 -Unauthorized guest $75/ guest per night -Gather all trash and place in outside containers behind home
