The first thing I noticed when I walked in around 3 AM the day I arrived, was the smell of ammonia or urine. After inspecting the place, I noticed there was dust, dirt and grime all over...especially the upper level which contains the two bedrooms and bathrooms. There were no area rugs near the sofa or dining table as it was pictured in the photos online. That was important to me when I chose a place to stay because I was bringing my five-year-old grandson to come stay there with us. He was the whole reason I came to Atlanta was to visit with him. Kids like to play with their toys on the floor/carpet. The floors themselves were dirty. I had dirt particles clinging to my socks when walking around without my shoes. The walls were dirty, there were hairs on the bedsheets of two of the beds. There was lots of dust on the baseboards, closet doors and the blow dryers that hung on the walls of the 2 bathrooms which you will see in the photos provided. I found it to be gross and slept there the first night out of desperation. I then acquired a hotel room and notified the manager that I had checked out and I did not expect to pay for the stay under those conditions. Also forgot to mention, I awoke to the smell of marijuana. The property manager was attentive to my messages which I really did appreciate. She said she will discuss the cleanliness, or lack there of, with her cleaning crew. I am a person with reasonable expectations, not perfection. This was not even close.
