The condo building is centrally located in a tourist/business area right on Peachtree Street. The district is safe, well traveled, and has City Ambassadors conveniently positioned to help and guide.

All of the Downtown attractions are just a few minutes walking distance, including the Georgia Aquarium , World of Coca Cola, CNN, Centennial Olympic Park, State Farm Arena, Georgia World Congress Center, and Mercedes Benz Stadium.

The condo is also one block from the Apparel and Merchandise Markets.

Regarding parking - there is a paid parking lot located directly next to the building @ 17 BAKER ST NW. Rates range anywhere from $15-$25/day depending on how busy downtown is.

If you don't mind walking 3 blocks, there is a slightly cheaper and more secure parking garage, with nightly rates around $12 I think.

This place was great. Love the little balcony area. The concierge was super nice and helpful. Only reason I have it 4/5 is because it needs a new mattress!! It’s very sunken in and not great for more than one person. Otherwise great stay!!

Weekday Getaway

The apartment was gorgeous. The surroundings was a little off with homeless and drug addicts standing around, but building 100% secured. Apartment lacked towels we needed but other than that our stay was awesome. Apartment needs to always supply 2 face towels and 2 bath towels. Bed was a little uncomfortable did not have a boxspring mattress under it. Overall nice place to rent.

Birthday Vaca

The condo was nice and comfortable. Walking distance most visitor attraction site in around Atlanta. Outside of the building there is a liquor store that Saturday night a little hangout, it didn’t bother us but for families with small children it might. The concierge was very nice and accommodating. The host was quick in communicating with the front desk to get us in. I would definitely stay here again!! Thank you!!

The property could use a lot of TLC. The owner was great and responded very quickly. Appreciated that he allowed me to check in early.

Great host, cute property, location not the best

Overall it was a good visit. The host was great -- communication, description of how to enter room and building, any questions he was quick to respond. Property was a cute space and orderly. Some areas weren't as clean but host quickly addressed to fix. Location was very close to downtown and within minutes of where we needed to go, but I wouldn't recommend this particular location as a family friendly location. Neighborhood not the best.
