Smoking: Absolutely no smoking inside the home. A $500 fee will apply if smoke is detected.

Overnight Guests: Only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight.

Security: Always lock all doors when leaving the property.

Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement for “2 Kitchens | Sleeps 10 | 5 Car Parking.” This Agreement is between the Host/Property Owner (“Host”) and all guests staying at the property. By booking, the Guest confirms they have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms below.

The Guest understands that using the property and its amenities—including but not limited to the hot tub/pool—comes with inherent risks such as accidents, injuries, or damage to personal belongings. The Guest voluntarily assumes all such risks.

9. Noise & Smoke Monitoring

Unfortunately, we left the property shortly after arriving, and had to find another place to stay. Bedding, floors, bathrooms, counters, were dirty. There was a great deal of damage: dishwasher pulled out from the counter, light socket sticking out of the wall, many patches and scratched paint on walls and doors, non working fire alarm, missing lights, broken blinds and more. The host did not respond to us and is claiming to VRBO support staff we were offered a different place, and we were not.
