Family Fun

The house was spacious and way back in a neighborhood. We arrived after check in time but had trouble contacting manager to get door code for entry. On entering, we found dead roaches on the floors and ants running around the door frames. There was one towel per person and no kitchen towels. Just not as nice as we expected.

Roach infested

I ended up not staying because the place is infested with roaches. There were dead roaches throughout the entire house upstairs. Baby and adult roaches upstairs and downstairs. The floors were filthy. Dirt throughout the main floor. I didn’t feel comfortable staying there. I do not have roaches and do not want them. I do not recommend you stay here. They do not take care of the place nor make it welcoming.

Nice stay but cleanliness of some areas was an issue

The stay was good. There were a few things that could have been changed. The floors cleaned, dusted and cleaned in places that ate not touched. The barbecue grill and patio was not ready to go for spring and summer guest.

Great stay

Plenty of space to stretch out and decompress during our trip. Location was super convenient to I-20 to avoid downtown Atlanta traffic congestion. Host was friendly and easy to communicate with.

Weekend fun

Very nice property. Very clean. Great neighborhood and Sara was great. She was very prompt with responding. I would definitely book again when my family visit the Atlanta area.

Everything was just right

Our stay was wonderful near everything wasn’t far at all. The home was beautiful, clean and lots of space and the owner was very nice and responded quick and it was easy to get in and a very nice and quiet neighborhood.I would stay again‼

Just as described

My experience with this location was amazing. The host communicated with me every step of the way from ensuring that I had a connection with her before I arrived, when I arrived and if I needed anything during my stay. I’ve never experienced that before renting a space. The house was beautiful and just as described and u most definitely have the place saved in my favorites for future rentals! Thank you again for letting us stay in your space.

Property needs updates & pest control

The home needs upgrades & pest control. We saw roaches & had to thoroughly shake items before packing & leaving the home. Also we could not place any luggage on the floor due to fear of bugs traveling with us. The owner sent someone out to spray while we were there which was a terrible idea as it makes the bugs come out. Unfortunately they didn’t have another residence for us to move to nor offered a discount for the inconvenience.I would not recommend this property.

Not Four Bedrooms

The house does not have four bedrooms, as advertised. There are three bedrooms: one with three beds and two other rooms with one bed each. The house is nice, but all of the bedrooms are upstairs. In addition, previous comments mention issues with the toilet in the primary bathroom and no baking pan/sheet. These issues have not been addressed. We had to go out and buy a baking pan to bake biscuits for breakfast.

It was okay

I booked this house for my bachelorette weekend. Overall I rate this place as okay- pros and cons below. Pros: very spacious house, was fit for purpose for my bachelorette weekend; quiet neighborhood; grocery store within about a 5 minute drive, value for money if you consider how much space you get in the house. Cons: this house needs a deep cleaning and tlc; there were a few random dead bugs in different rooms; jacuzzi tub not cleaned; beds or sheets not the most comfortable; outlets in the bathrooms were not working (also some throughout the house not working) so one lady had to use her laptop camera to do her hair near a working outlet; dishwasher is broke, was dirty, also doesn't open all the way due to the placement in the kitchen; location says decatur but it's wayyyy out. if we would've known how far this was from the places we wanted to travel we would not have booked this unit because we spent a lot on ubers. I also recommend that the hosts purchase at least 1 baking tray to use for the oven as there's not one in the unit.

My stay

Couldn’t use the back yard ;because of the drop off. It took a long time for the water upstairs to get hot. We found a couple of roaches dying. It was hard to lock the front door. The sofa need to be clean.The appliances were nice and there was ample plates,glasses and etc. The house was clean.

Georgia Trip

I do not like the new idea of communication thru the App, and did not do so, old guy. Speaking of old, over 50, please do not stay here, 14 steps are really steep, and there are no bedrooms downstairs. Their is trouble with running toilet, master bedroom, needs new flap. Have you ever heard of no pizza pan in a home, good thing there is a Dollar store close by. The garage door opener does not work outside, and i did not want to leave vehicle outdoors, and the garage door is very very skinny, but openers on wall inside garage are very convenient and work well, a lot of add additions, besides tax, their is no deposit fee, because added already, we had 6lb morkie, which stayed in a kennel, when we were not their, and we picked up after she went potty in front, their is no where to let out outside. Overall fairly satisfied, but go again.
